1. Who we are

This website and its contact and partner-registration forms are operated by BASZ Technologies LLC ("Kerberogate", "we", "us"), CR No. 1657936, Wizarat Street, Riyadah, Bawshar, Muscat, P.C. 133, Sultanate of Oman. 2. What we collect

Form data you provide: your name, work email, company, country, and the details you enter (service interest, company size, partnership type, phone, website) plus your message.
Anti-abuse data: when you submit a form we record the IP address, browser user-agent, time and page, only to prevent spam and abuse. Our host keeps standard server logs. This is not analytics or tracking.

Please don't send us sensitive personal data (health, religious or political views, biometric data, and similar) — we don't need it and don't collect it here.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

To respond to your enquiry or partner application — your consent and steps taken at your request before any contract.
To keep the site and our systems secure — our legitimate interest.
To meet legal and record-keeping obligations — legal obligation.

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; this doesn't affect processing already done.

4. Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tag managers, advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind. Nothing about your visit is recorded beyond the anti-abuse and server logs above.

We don't sell personal data or share it for anyone's marketing. It is only handled by:

the providers that host this site and deliver your message to us, acting solely as our processors;
where you engage us for services, any subcontractor we need to involve to deliver that service — only as necessary, with your knowledge, under written confidentiality;
authorities where we are legally required to disclose.

Each of these is bound by a written agreement to process data only on our instructions and keep it secure.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry, partner and correspondence records: [24] months after our last contact, unless a longer period is legally required, then securely deleted. Anti-abuse and server logs: [90] days.

7. How we protect it

We run an information-security programme aligned with ISO/IEC 27001, based on a documented risk assessment. In practice: the site is served only over HTTPS; access to enquiries is limited to staff who need it, on a least-privilege basis; form data goes to a controlled mailbox and is never held in a public database; security events are logged; providers are vetted and contractually bound; and we have a defined process for handling security incidents. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep risk low.

8. Data breaches

If a breach affecting your personal data is likely to cause you harm, we will notify the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology (MTCIT) and the affected individuals as required by the Personal Data Protection Law, and act to contain it.

9. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the Personal Data Protection Law, you can ask us to: give you access to your data; correct or update it; erase it or restrict its use; let you object to processing; and withdraw consent. We do not carry out solely automated decision-making. To exercise a right, email Info@kerberogate.com; we may ask you to verify your identity and aim to respond within 30 days, at no charge. You can also complain to the MTCIT.
